Feedback Volunteer Learning Disability Inpatient Services (Feedback Volunteer Learning Disability Inpatient Services)

We are passionate about ensuring we capture feedback from all people who use our services, to help us continue to improve and develop the service we offer. This volunteering role will be to capture feedback from patients accessing our Learning Disability Inpatient Services, at Eastway in Chester and Greenways in Macclesfield.

Volunteers will be asked to:

Spend time in our inpatient services – either at Eastway in Chester or Greenways in Macclesfield. Using an agreed template, capture feedback on the patient experience either through talking to the patients or through an observation approach.

Training and ongoing support would be given by the Participation and Engagement Practitioner
