VtC – Feedback volunteer V1 (VtC – Feedback volunteer V1)
We are passionate about gathering feedback from people who use our services, this will help us continue to improve and develop the service we offer. The volunteer will be part of the team working with the Participation and Engagement lead to collect feedback from people who use our service, their families, and carers in the care group. Therefore, an interest in engaging with people and chatting to them about their experiences is very important.
